Current product status
Anatomy of a Clinician: Built to Practice is currently in a pre-launch phase. The Reference Library and blog are publicly available and free. Structured courses, practice question sets, and other paid products are in development and will be available through the Shop when ready.
This policy describes the refund and cancellation terms that will apply once paid products are available. Specific product pages may include additional or product-specific terms at the time of purchase.
Digital products and course access
Digital products — including structured courses, practice question sets, downloadable reference materials, and other instantly-delivered educational content — are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
Once the 14-day window has passed, or once 25% or more of the course content has been accessed or completed, refunds are no longer available. This boundary exists because digital content cannot be returned and consumption is the use of the product.
Subscription and recurring access
If recurring subscription products are introduced, the following terms will apply unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page:
- You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
- Subscription fees are not refunded for unused portions of an active billing period unless required by applicable law.
Bundles, multi-product offers, and promotional pricing
Refunds on bundled or discounted products are calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the standalone retail price of individual components. Promotional pricing is not refundable as a difference if the product is later offered at a lower price.
Enterprise and institutional purchases
Refund and cancellation terms for enterprise and institutional engagements are governed by the specific written agreement entered into for that engagement. The standard direct-to-consumer terms above do not automatically apply to institutional or contracted work.
How to request a refund
Email support@anatomyofaclinician.com with the order number, the product name, the purchase date, and the reason for the request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Payment processor and bank timing may add additional delay.
Exceptions for technical issues
If a product cannot be accessed because of a technical fault on our side and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, a refund will be issued regardless of the standard windows above.
Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated as paid products launch and the commerce architecture matures. Material changes will be noted with a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of the purchase.
